Carrot Pancakes

They are different from the traditional pancakes yet they taste the best.

Carrot Pancakes


  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Eggs – 2
  • Butter – 1/4 cup
  • Carrots – 4
  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Baking Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 Tsp
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp
  • Cinnamon – Only a pinch


  • Add milk, butter and eggs in a blender and blend them well.
  • Ad carrots as well and blend them well.
  • Now add flour, baking powder and sugar in it and blend properly.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon and check the thickness. If the thickness is not up to the mark then you ought to add some more flour to it.
  • Now heat them on the medium flame and cook your pancakes.
  • Keep the size of your own choice.
  • Cook them till light brown in color and then serve hot.
